Akuhiei the Dark

.::Warning::. NEW CHARACTER!!! I decided to step away from 'cute' and step towards 'cool' in regards to my artwork. Here is my first villain character, Akuhiei. His name roughly translates to "Evil Fire Apparition", but his power's are not limited to just conjuring and manipulating fire. I haven't quite made a solid backstory to him yet, but basically, Akuhiei is a 600 year old Maō (demon king) with a god complex and a hunger for world domination. If I ever make a ongoing comic staring my characters, he will serve as a "Final Boss" of sorts.

I was having bad 'artist block' when I tried to make this character, so I drew references from a number of anime an video game characters. Those being Goku (Dragonball Z), Baby Vegeta (Dragonball GT), Miles "Tails" Prower and Big the cat (Sonic X), Vincent Valentine (Final Fantasy VII), and Spawn (Spawn comic books). Gotta say that I'm happy with the result

Akuhiei's overall power rivals that of an S class demon from Yu Yu Hakusho, meaning he can generate energy attacks that can level entire country sides with little effort.
